1) UK Driving Licence Photocard. You must bring the original with you. If you have a paper licence, please also bring your valid passport to verify your identity.
2) UK Driving Licence Summary Printout / or Check Code if you didn’t send it when you booked online. This will be a PDF document within a week of the start of your hire, or the check code, so we can do it for you. Get it here: https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence. If you have printed something unsatisfactory, you may need your NI number, so we recommend bringing a record of your National Insurance number to avoid any problems at collection.
3) Secondary Proof of address is required from all new customers, customers who have not hired within the last 12 months or who have moved address since they last hired; this can be in the form of a Utility bill or Bank Statement in your name dated within the last 3 months, the address must correspond with the address on your driving licence. If you have since moved, we will also require proof of your new address. We cannot accept mobile phone bills.
4) A Passport or a Credit or Debit Card in the Driver’s name; the card must be signed, and the signature must match your driving licence. This does not need to be the card you pay with, but when paying, the cardholder must be present or call in person to authorise the payment.
